Session Types

  • 60 or 90 min or 120 mins sessions
  • couples session require minimum 90 minute session
  • Face to face, zoom, skype, FaceTime and phone etc

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, 3 weekly or monthly or as necessary. Or more often if the need is there at any time. I am open to clients emailing or texting me in between sessions. I’ll usually answer by end of day or next day.

Rates & Insurance

Central Coast / Video and Phone Counselling Fees

$130 -$160 for 1 hour (plus GST )
$180 for 90mins (plus GST )
$625 ($125 per session) for 5 sessions booked and paid upfront (plus GST )
$950 ($120 per session) for 8 sessions booked and paid upfront (plus GST )
$1150 ($115 per session) for 10 sessions booked and paid upfront (plus GST )

Health Fund Rebates

Depending on your Health cover you pay be able to claim a rebate from the following health funds. Pleasecheck with your Health Fund

  • AHM
  • Place Health Fund

Medicare rebates are not available at this time because the Australian Government Health Department does not allow appropriately qualified and experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists to have a medicare provider number. This may change in the future and our Professional associations are continually putting proposals forward to government departments to have this changed.

Free Counselling with me is available through:

  • Workers compensation sessions are available as per your insurer. Please Forward your details and your request to me and your case manager. 8 initial sessions and further blocks of 8 session are available.
  • 3-9 EAP sessions also available Through Acess EAP per annum https://www.accesseap.com.au
  • 3-9 EAP sessions also available Through D’accord EAP per annum https://daccordoas.com
  • 22 initial sessions and further blocks of 22 sessions available through Victims Services https://www.victimsservices.justice.nsw.gov.au/Pages/vss/vs_counselling/vs_counselling-acs-about.aspx
  • unlimited counselling available for employees of Clubs NSW through Betsafe EAP https://www.betsafe.com.au
  • unlimited counselling available for problem gamblers and their families through Betsafe NSW  https://www.betsafe.com.au

Payments Instructions:

  • Cash

  • Paypal
  • Card payments can be made through link on invoice
  • Credit Card payment on the day
